I want to endorse Chef Dan and Cutting Edge Catering. I booked Dan and his staff for my daughters upcoming grad party. I paid for the event in full and had the menu all set. Unfortunately the timing of the COVID-19 pandemic caused us to cancel the event. Chef Dan was easy to work with and refunded all our money including the deposit. I was so grateful for this. Even though we couldn’t proceed with the event, Dan was easy to work with and I would definitely hire him in the future if I were planning a large gathering. Thank you Chef Dan.

Chef Dan, Peggy and their team did a wonderful job of providing delicious Holiday appetizers for our Employees. I have hosted several parties and have never fully enjoyed the company of my guests’ because it seemed like I was always busy making sure everyone had everything they needed. I finally said, “I am going to enjoy my friends and my party.” Hiring Chef Dan and Cutting Edge Catering was the best decision I have ever made when hosting a party. I was able to greet all my guests as they arrived and enjoy their company all night long. The hors d'oeuvres were incredible followed by an outdoor BBQ with all the fixings. My friends and guests enjoyed everything and I never lifted a finger. The best part was no clean up! I will never do the prepping, cooking and clean up again.
