Pizza was best pizza ever!!

I want to endorse Chef Dan and Cutting Edge Catering. I booked Dan and his staff for my daughters upcoming grad party. I paid for the event in full and had the menu all set. Unfortunately the timing of the COVID-19 pandemic caused us to cancel the event. Chef Dan was easy to work with and refunded all our money including the deposit. I was so grateful for this. Even though we couldn’t proceed with the event, Dan was easy to work with and I would definitely hire him in the future if I were planning a large gathering. Thank you Chef Dan.

Chef Dan and his crew were amazing. I have heard from so many of my guests that the pasta bar was the best food that they had ever had at a wedding. I would also agree that the food was amazing, hot, and large portions. Dan's team was accommodating, fun, and professional.

My wife and I heard that on Wednesday night's, chef Dan has a pasta bar here. You pick which kind of meat, vegetables, salt, type of noodle, what kind of sauce. There are multiple chefs that prepare your pasta plate. My meal was excellent it tastes great(I had 2 plates), the staff are polite and ask if you want a refill. I will refer my friends to stop by and try out Dan's Pasta bar!

We experienced the pasta bar for the first time - fabulous and plenty of food for 2 more meals to take home!

I have hosted several parties and have never fully enjoyed the company of my guests’ because it seemed like I was always busy making sure everyone had everything they needed. I finally said, “I am going to enjoy my friends and my party.” Hiring Chef Dan and Cutting Edge Catering was the best decision I have ever made when hosting a party. I was able to greet all my guests as they arrived and enjoy their company all night long. The hors d'oeuvres were incredible followed by an outdoor BBQ with all the fixings. My friends and guests enjoyed everything and I never lifted a finger. The best part was no clean up! I will never do the prepping, cooking and clean up again.
